摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device having a structure by which a burning ratio can be reduced and to provide a liquid crystal display device developing method by which its developing term can be reduced. SOLUTION: Rectangular AC voltage is applied between a pixel electrode 25A and a common electrode 23A, and the amplitude Vac of its AC voltage component and a DC voltage component Vdc are varied to measure an optimum DC component varying rangeΔVdc. The construction or the constructing material of the liquid crystal display device is determined so thatΔVdc has a prescribed value or below. The relational formulaΔVdc=¾Vdcb-Vdcw¾ is established. Vdcb is a value of Vdc minimizing transmittance amplitude when Vdc is varied while Vac is fixed to an AC voltage amplitude (2V) for black display and Vdcw is a value of Vdc minimizing transmittance amplitude when Vdc is varied while Vac is fixed to AC voltage amplitude (7V) for white display. The parts of an insulation body 26A in upper sides of both the pixel electrode 25A and the common electrode 23A have the same thickness. An electrode intersection part is formed in line symmetry.
