<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermal conductive grease filling a narrow space (a gap) between a heating body and a cooling body to efficiently conduct heat from the heating body to the cooling body. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal conductive grease comprises a thermal conductive material having frequency maximum values in respective ranges of grain size 15-30μm, grain size 1.0-5μm, and grain size 0.1-0.9μm in a grain size distribution, and a base oil with viscosity of 300-1,000 mPa s. The thermal conductive grease comprises a thermal conductive material A with an average particle diameter of 15-30μm, a thermal conductive material B with an average particle diameter of 1.0-5μm, a thermal conductive material C with an average particle diameter of 0.1-0.9μm, and a base oil with viscosity of 300-1,000 mPa s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
