After that depressurisation till atmosphere pressure is performed evaporate nitrogen and freeze coffee. After that cryomilling in medium of exuded nitrogen is performed and end product is obtained. ^ EFFECT: simplification of technology and decrease of losses of flavouring agents and native flavouring substances of coffee. |
