Proposed wheel beam comprises tubular crosspiece 1, guide apparatus consisting of lengthwise and skew links and pneumatic flexible elements representing pneumatic cylinders 11, 12. Ends of crosspiece 1 accommodate tubular tips 2 with skew cantilever sections pivoted to journals 4 of wheels 5. Horizontal site is arranged above the tubular section of every tip 2 jointed thereto by vertical crossbar. Posts 9 and 10 are screwed in aforesaid sites to support pneumatic cylinders 11, 12.
