PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a light guide panel at high yield, by suppressing a defect in protrusions, when manufacturing the light guide panel having the plurality of protrusions. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the light guide panel having a light guide panel body having a light incident face on which at least a light emitted from a primary light source is made incident, a light exit face from which the guided light exits, a light reflecting face on a side opposite to the light exit face, and a plurality of protrusions on the light exit face. The method includes steps of: (1) forming the plurality of protrusions and the light guide panel body by curing a curable resin using a mold having recesses corresponding to the protrusions, and (2) releasing the formed protrusions and light guide panel body from the mold, in this order.
