PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition which has a high emulsifying capacity and a good rinsing property, and which also has good stability at a low temperature, although it uses a linear polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether sulfate ester (AES) and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (AE) having low moles of ethylene oxide (EO) concurrently. SOLUTION: The liquid detergent composition contains (a) 4 to 50 mass% of a mixture containing a specific AES and having an average mole number (m) of added propylene oxides and an average mole number (n) of added EO respectively satisfying 0<m<1 and 0<n≤3, and (b) 0.1 to 10 mass% of a mixture containing a specific AE in which an average mole number of added EO is 3 to 10, containing a phase-stabilized agent selected from hydrotropic agents and organic solvents, and water, and containing 0.1 to 2 mass% of compounds including 0.1 and 2 of EO addition moles in the AE.
