A fixing device buried in a concrete structure is provided to support a T-head bolt fixed with a supporting target by inserting and fixing a spacer into a mounting groove. A fixing device buried in a concrete structure comprises a channel(20), a T-head bolt(30), a spacer(40) and a support(50). The channel comprises a body(22) whose top is open. The both end part(24) of the body is curved cut to the inside. At least one anchor bolt(26) is connected on the bottom side of the body into one body. An anchoring hole(28) is formed on the bottom part of the body. The T-head bolt is mounted on an internal space(29) formed in the each channel. A head part(32) of the T-head bolt is supported in the inner side of the end. A bracket for fixing a curtain wall is fixed at a main body part(24) of the T-head bolt. The spacer is inserted and coupled into the anchoring hole of the body. The spacer comprises a holder(42), a fixed supporting part(44) and a height adjusting part(46). The support comprises an insertion space(52).
