<p>The synchronizer has a central hub (8) made of sintered metal powder and integrated to a shaft carrying two free pinions arranged axially on both sides of the hub. Two identical stackings of radially outer conical rings and radially inner conical rings (12, 30) are arranged between each pinion and the hub. The rings (20, 12, 30) connected to the hub have respective series of driving dogs (22, 28, 32) that are distributed regularly and secured in sets of traversing openings (24, 26) and an inner hole (34) of the hub, respectively. One of the driving dogs is provided with a widened side.</p> |
