An organic electro luminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase mechanical strength by forming a plurality of pores inside a frit. An organic electro luminescent device(110) is formed on a lower substrate(100). The organic electro luminescent device includes a first electrode, an organic layer and a second electrode. An upper substrate(120) is bonded to the lower substrate. A frit is positioned between the lower substrate and the upper substrate to bond the lower substrate and the upper substrate. The frit has a plurality of pores(131). The pore has the size of 0.2 to 10 um. The frit has porosity of 5 to 95 %. The frit has a filler and a absorber.
