Both the introduction and removal of the reaction medium into and from the reactor are carried out continuously, without pressure and freely to the atmosphere via the upper reaction medium surface. The method comprises conducting a watery solution or a suspension as reaction medium (6) into a biosolar reactor (1) in meander-shaped manner. The meander-shaped conductance of the reaction medium is carried out perpendicularly or inclined at an angle once from the top down or in the direction of gravity, and from the bottom up or against the direction of gravity. Both the introduction and removal of the reaction medium into and from the reactor are carried out continuously, without pressure and freely to the atmosphere via the upper reaction medium surface. Due to the hydrostatic pressure compensation and leveling, a flow of the reaction medium that is stress-free for the microorganisms is produced. The introduction of fluid and/or gaseous materials and/or additives such as nutrients solution, oxidation agent, active substances and/or process promoting solute material is carried out during the process at the under side, in the area of the redirection of the reaction medium in continuous or charge-wise manner. A through-mixing and a uniform distribution of the additives in the reaction medium are carried out through the introduction of the additives at the lower end of the fluid column. The additive is introduced with a defined temperature. A large quantity of fluid, gaseous material and/or additives is introduced in the area of the reaction medium from the bottom up or against the direction of gravity. The introduction of gaseous process products such as oxygen takes place during the process over the reaction medium surface. The reactor corresponding to the solar radiation is rotatably guided or controlled over the total bent of the horizontal suntracking.
