<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load control device with a constant recording function capable of investigating whether or not a correct constant has been provided to a substrate even when a component has been detached from the substrate in the load control device for controlling load based on the constant with the constant providing component attached on the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The component 2 has an electrically readable constant. A microcomputer 3 fetches the constant with the component 2 attached on the substrate 1, and controls a load part 5 based on the constant.
