PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for speedily executing authetication processing of a user. SOLUTION: A communication control unit includes: an authentication device for authenticating a user by acquiring the authentication information of the user; a plurality of management circuits 420 for each class for managing timing for transmitting communication data from an antenna for each class in a band that should transmit the communication data; and a selection circuit 405 for acquiring communication data to be transmitted and information on the class of a band that should transmit the communication data, selects the management circuit 420 for each class that should supply communication data from among the plurality of management circuits 420 for each class according to information on the class, and supplies the communication data to the selected management circuit 420 for each class.
