PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process where frictional heat is generated between a pressure rod and the inside face of a casting hole, while the inside face of the casting is softened and is plastically fluidized, a film formation material of dissimilar metal powders which has been charged to the inside of the casting hole is entangled by the plastic fluidization at the inside face of the casting, so as to form a film. SOLUTION: A film formation material of dissimilar metal powders is charged to the inside of the hole of a casting, while rotating a pressure rod with a diameter slightly larger than that of the hole, the film formation material is inserted into the hole, further, the film formation material is dropt at a prescribed feed rate, so as to be pressed, the inside face of the hole is softened, and the film formation material is plastically fluidized and is entangled, so as to form a film.
