PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowing device capable of preventing generation of abnormal noise. SOLUTION: A heat exchange type ventilating device 1A is provided with an air supply fan part 3 and an air exhaust fan part 4 arranged to be superposed on each other and with a heat exchange element 2. The air supply fan part 3 is provided with an air passage forming member 31 having a fan suction port 32a formed in the axial direction of a fan 30 and a fan blow-off port 32b formed in the radial direction of the fan 30. The air passage forming member 31 is provided with a flat part 34a formed on the downstream side of the fan blow-off port 32b and with a step part 34c formed between a slant face part 34b spreading an air supply passage 22SA toward the heat exchange element 2 and the flat part 34a.
