PURPOSE: A cable connection locking device is provided to primarily block the connection of a certain cable by a non-subscriber for preventing the watching or listening of the non-subscriber without any coding technology, thereby protecting the charged channel users. CONSTITUTION: A cable connection locking device includes a terminal plate(11) mounted with cable connecting terminals(12) screw-coupled with cable connectors(41), and tubular elements(20) fixed to the terminal plate for receiving the terminals and the cable connectors not to be protruded to the outside, wherein connection or disconnection of the cables are carried out by a connector driver(50) exclusively used for the manipulation of the cable connectors in the tubular elements.
