The invention relates to an inverter arrangement for feeding photovoltaically generated power into a public network. Said inverter arrangement comprises a DC converter arrangement that can be connected to the positive and to the negative terminal of a solar generator and an inverter circuit. The DC converter arrangement comprises an input buffer capacitor, a converter and at least one intermediate capacitor. The reference potential of the DC converter arrangement is the positive connecting line between the positive terminal for the solar generator and the intermediate capacitor and the converter lies in the connection between the negative terminal to the solar generator and the negative terminal of the intermediate capacitor.
