PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable moisture-proof insulating coating which can be treated in a short time, and can produce a coating film excellent in curability, moisture resistance and heat cyclicity, and to provide a method for producing an electronic part using the same. SOLUTION: Provided is the photocurable moisture-proof insulating coating comprising (A) polybutadiene which has a number-average mol.wt. of 900 to 10,000 and whose terminal is acryloxy group or methacryloxy group, (B) an unsaturated double bond-having monomer, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator as components, wherein the content of the component (B) is 1 to 50 pts.wt. per 50 pts.wt. of the component (A), and the content of the component (C) is 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the total content of the components (A) and (B).
