PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device which is capable of informing a transmission destination which communication terminal a fixed form mail has been transmitted from, in response to transmission of the fixed form mail. SOLUTION: Telephone equipment includes an identification information adding means which, in response to detection of generation or transmission indication of a fixed form mail, reads out identification information prerecorded in a recording part in order to identify a communication device and adds the identification information to a text or a header of the e-mail and then transmits the e-mail. The communication device includes a main communication unit and an auxiliary communication unit provided with wireless communication parts and is available as a cordless phone. Management information of communication terminals included in the communication device is recorded in a recording part. A transmission indication accepting means uses this management information to discriminate the communication terminal to which transmission of the fixed form mail has been indicated. The identification information adding means reads out management information about the discriminated communication terminal and adds identification information of the communication terminal included in the read-out information, to the fixed form mail.
