摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately analyzing at least one of hypoalimentation and nutritional imbalance of subjects including those presumed to be in good health. <P>SOLUTION: The method form and execute a personal prescription plan having at least one (single or plural) of nutritional complementary foods program supplying demand of each subject and a physical program to get sustainable health. Generally, the demands of subjects are analyzed in consideration of a combination of health factors and activity factors. The personal prescription plan includes a wide range of nutritional and physical programs and is calculated and studied out for the subject. The demands of subject may be re-evaluated during one cycle period consuming the supplementary foods and the prescription plan may be adjusted, if necessary. In some cases, the analysis can be accomplished in a single location and session as well as the study out of the personal prescription plan and delivery.
