PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact vehicular clamp device which can be used even in a narrow part. SOLUTION: The clamp device 1 comprises: an annular clamp body 2 which is tightened around an outer circumferential surface of a member to be clamped and provided with a cut-open part in one part of the circumferential direction; a pair of a first projecting part 3a and a second projecting part 3b which are provided on both ends in the circumferential direction of the clamp body 2 and projected outwardly in the radial direction, i.e., the first projecting part 3a having a nut part 4 and the second projecting part 3b with a bolt through-hole formed therein; and a bolt 5 which is passed through the bolt through-hole and screwed with the nut part 4.
