PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair brush configured such that atomized liquid is generated and supplied more suitably and more atomized liquid can be supplied to the hair. SOLUTION: An electrostatic atomizing device 10 incorporated in a brush body 2 of the hair brush 1 has a discharge electrode 11 and a Peltier element 13 as liquid supply arrangements for supplying the liquid (moisture) to the discharge electrode 11, generates electrostatic atomization by discharging the discharge electrode 11 in the state of sticking the moisture, and generates the electrostatically atomized moisture.
