PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic apparatus which can decrease the number of components in a section where a vibrator is disposed. SOLUTION: The mobile electronic apparatus has a first housing 101 and a second housing 102, wherein a case 61 is arranged in a hinge 103 and has a surrounding portion 613 disposed, at a predetermined distance relative to an eccentric rotary portion 601, to surround at least a part thereof, and the surrounding portion 613 covers the connecting shaft of the hinge 103.
