Provided is a laminated metal sheet and a two-piece laminated body of a can having a high degree of processability as well as being capable of withstanding extreme conditions such as retorting. A laminated metal sheet for use as the body of a two-piece can, having a layer of polyester resin film on both sides of a metal sheet. The temperature at which the polyester resin film on the outer surface side of the laminated metal sheet comprising the body of a can crystallizes is 60 to 100°C; moreover, the center line average surface roughness (Ra) is 0.2 to 1.8 µm. Preferably, the layer of polyester resin film on the outer surface side of the body of a can comprises 40 to 100 mass % of a resin with butylene terephthalate as the main constituent and 0 to 60 mass % of a resin with ethylene terephthalene as the main constituent.
