PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the processing method of a mobile terminal from selection till reception of desired MBMS services in a cell only for MBMS transmission. SOLUTION: A mobile communication system includes three kinds of cell, i.e. a unicast cell capable of transmitting and receiving individual communication data, a cell only for MBMS transmission capable of receiving broadcast type data but incapable of transmitting and receiving individual communication data, and a unicast/MBMS mixture cell capable of providing services of both unicast cell and a cell only for MBMS. The cell only for MBMS and the unicast/MBMS mixture cell constitute an MBSFN synchronous area where a plurality of base stations transmit the broadcast type data synchronously, and a serving cell performing the scheduling out of the unicast cell, the cell only for MBMS and the unicast/MBMS mixture cell notifies the frequency of the MBMS services available in the cell only for MBMS or the unicast/MBMS mixture cell to a mobile terminal.
