PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle capable of dumping its load-carrying platform while the rear seat is in the occupied state and of enhancing the working effectiveness in the dumping operation of the load-carrying platform. SOLUTION: The load-carrying platform 40 of this working vehicle is structured as able to be changed over between the first condition in which the front wall 46 and front bottom 42 of the load-carrying platform 40 are moved ahead and the second condition in which the front wall 46 and front bottom 42 of the load-carrying platform 40 are moved backward, while the rear seat 14 is arranged as able to take two attitudes, the first attitude as positioned in the non-service condition in front of the load-carrying platform 40 in the above first condition and the second attitude as positioned in the service condition in front of the load-carrying platform 40 in the second condition described above.
