<p>A separable endoscope in which a sheath section is mountable to and removable from a body section by inserting and withdrawing a built-in section of the body section into and from a cover of the sheath section and in which an outer tube can be appropriately positioned. The sheath section of the separable endoscope is provided with a channel displacing section mounted to the base end of a cover. The channel displacing section is provided with inner joints (78a, 78b, 78c) mounted to the head end side of the channel displacing section and having connected thereto the base ends of inner tubes (47a, 47b, 47c), outer joints (82a, 82b, 82c) mounted to the base end side of the channel displacing section and having connected thereto the front ends of outer tubes (63a, 63b, 63c), and channels (84a, 84b, 84c) interconnecting the inner joints (78a, 78b, 78c) and the outer joints (82a, 82b, 82c). The inner joints (78a, 78b, 78c) and the outer joints (82a, 82b, 82c) are arranged at different positions in the circumferential direction about the longitudinal axis of the sheath section.</p> |
