The circuit has a part of electronic components of a filter circuit and/or a winding item e.g. transformer, enclosed in a housing. The part of electronic components of the filter circuit and/or the winding item is filled with an electrically insulating cooling liquid i.e. electrically insulating oil. A heat exchanger is provided for transferring heat of the cooling liquid. The housing has electrical connections and inlet and outlet lines for the cooling liquid. The heat exchanger is arranged within the housing.
