摘要 The actual travel route is computed by the navigation system comparing the actual travel route with the predetermined travel route, and matching a running vehicle position to a vehicle position along the predetermined route. Points are determined as course alternation points (A,B,C,D) at which the direction of the movement of a vehicle, alters at least at a predetermined angle. A start point (O) is determined as the actual start of a travel route or a suitable course alteration point of the vehicle. A point is determined as an actual end at which the vehicle, from the actual start point on the actual route, has passed through a determined number of route alterations. An actual vector is determined between the actual start and the actual end. A reference vector is computed between the actual start and the end in the predetermined travel route. The actual value is compared with the reference vector, and the actual end is identified as the reference end, if the actual vector and the reference vector coincide with each other.
