An apparatus for adjusting the angle of bicycle saddle is provided, which enables regulation of bicycle saddle by combining the constitution of form for adjusting the angle of saddle. An apparatus for adjusting the angle of bicycle is installed between frame and saddle of bicycle and comprises: a frame coupling portion (110) of which lower end is connected to the frame; a saddle combining part (120) having combination groove which is connected to inside of upper end; and a saw-toothed wheel angle change unit (130) for controlling rotation of saddle combining part.
