The invention relates to the foundry engineering. An one-time pattern, which is subject to destruction in the sand mold, is assembled from repetitive elements in a honeycomb structure, it consists of cells in the form of polyhedrons with open through cavities located in the body from the edges of cells, moreover edges form an interconnected system, in which at one point four edges converge, besides the edges of the outer contour of structure, and the polyhedrons have faces with average number of apexes of polygon N<5,14. The invention provides for producing new foamy cast structures and materials with the cells of large sizes, and also for manufacturing cast foams with adjustable structure and properties. |
