<p>A heating and cooling device is provided to simply control since an outdoor unit, a control unit, and a first indoor unit are simplified. A heating and cooling device comprises a plurality of indoor units(20,40), a control unit(30), and an outdoor unit(10). The control unit is connected in parallel with a plurality of indoor units and receives the operating load information of each indoor units. The control unit receives the energy corresponding to the overhead load and supplies the received energy to the each indoor unit corresponds to the load of each indoor unit. The outdoor unit receives the overhead operating load information of the indoor unit from the control unit and operates based on the received load information.</p> |
