A tag fastening apparatus is provided to prevent a safety accident and reduce a working hours by monitoring the fastening of the tag in remote. In a tag fastening apparatus, an input-output terminal(210) comprises an input terminal and an output terminal. The input-output terminal is adhered to a horizontal unit(222), and a vertical unit(224) is perpendicularly extended from one end horizontally. An oblique side part(228) is prolonged from the end part of the vertical unit downwardly. A coupling unit(230) is perpendicularly extended from the other end of the horizontal unit. A lateral part is formed in order to cover both sides of the main body member.
