<p>PURPOSE:To readily adsorb and remove dibutyl phosphate in tributyl phosphate which is a recovering solvent, etc., for U or Pu and reduce the amount of reprocessed wastes in a nuclear fuel reprocessing facilities, by purifying and treating the tributyl phosphate with an adsorbent consisting of titanium oxide and zirconium oxide in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:Tributyl phosphate containing dibutyl phosphate is brought into contact with an adsorbent consisting of 40-60wt.% titanium oxide and 60-40wt.% zirconium oxide to adsorb and remove the dibutyl phosphate.</p> |
