PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the strength of a housing structure equipped with a plurality of cases to mount a display portion. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes a first case 11 having a light transmitting portion 11b, a second case 12 having a light transmitting portion 12b and being combined with the first casing 11, a first frame 13 disposed in the side of the first case 11 between the first and second cases 11 and 12, a second frame 14 disposed in the side of the second case 12 between the first and second cases 11 and 12, a first display portion 4 provided in correspondence with the transmitting portion 11b on the first case 11, a second display portion 6 provided in correspondence with the light transmitting portion 12b on the second case 12, and a circuit board 15 disposed between the first and second frames 13 and 14.
