PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning equipment which accurately detects the occurrence of the clogging of a nozzle and minimizes a liquid overflowing reaction tube, and to provide an analyzer. SOLUTION: The analyzer 1 is equipped with: a detection part 254 for continuously detecting the electrostatic capacity between the electrode 253 provided in a nozzle washing tank 252 and a suction nozzle 251b; a judging section 45 for judging whether there is clogging in the suction nozzle 251b, on the basis of the time dependence of the electrostatic capacity between the suction nozzle 251b and the electrode 253, both of which are raised to the outside of the nozzle washing tank 252, after a BF washing liquid Lw is sucked, which is the time dependence of the electrostatic capacity detected by the detection part 254; and a control part 41 for stopping the discharge of the BF washing liquid into the reaction tube 10 by a discharge nozzle 251a, when the occurrence of the clogging of the suction nozzle 251b is judged by the judging part 45.
