An apparatus performing integration management providing a transport service connected through a dual monitor and a method thereof are provided to perform a member management of an offline store connected on the internet. An integrated call center server/local collector server(13)/on/off line store franchise servers(12) share data through data switching under a main server. A monitor unit having first/second monitors is installed in management terminals. On/off line integration member management is performed through two monitors. A mobile terminal and collector servers providing the transport service of the delivery work performer are connected.
