PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service life of a drilling blade or a cutting blade of a non-circular section formed by a thick plating such as an electrocasting plating. SOLUTION: A drilling blade 21 is formed by electrocasting plating layer which is capable of performing drilling work and milling work. A core blade 23 is formed on a surface of a support 22 by forming an electrocasting plating layer on the support 22, with a section formed into a non-circular section, and a sectional shape of the core blade 23 is formed on the non-circular section. Then, the surface of the support 22 is coated with a coating layer 26 harder than a material of the support 22 and/or a coating layer 26 not dissolved in alkaline solution.
