PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizing device in which a user hardly feels burden and a liquid is stably and easily atomized. SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomizing device (1) includes a container part (10) for storing the liquid, a nozzle part (21) communicating with the inside of the container part (10), an electric field forming means (9) for generating electric field for atomizing the liquid in the container part (10) from the tip of the nozzle part (21) by applying a prescribed voltage and further provided with a fluid transporting means (8) for making the liquid flow out from the tip of the nozzle part (21) by increasing the inner pressure of the container part (10) by a pressurizing action, a cylindrical housing (41a) and a cover part (41b) connected relatively rotatably to the housing (41a) in the peripheral direction to close an one side opening of the cylindrical housing (41a).
