PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the structure of a laser apparatus whereby the chance of the intermixing of foreign matters can be reduced when assembling the laser apparatus. SOLUTION: In the laser apparatus, a lid 7 of an inner case 9 for storing optical elements 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 therein is made transparent to visible rays, and in addition to this, the inner case 9 is stored in an outer case 10 which is made non-transparent to laser radiations. Therefore, the chance of the intermixing of foreign matters in the inner case 9 can be reduced since the inspection of the intermixed foreign matters can be performed while applying the lid 7 to the inner case 9.
