Multiple rigid brackets (28) are detachably fastened at a distance to each other near the line packet in a longitudinal direction. The line packets are identical in construction. The brackets are fastened to the line packets by a tongue and groove joint i.e. longitudinally running groove (20). The groove is molded into the casing, and a band (18) is connected with the casing in a fixed manner.
