<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sampling processing at real time while playing a keyboard or operating an automatic accompaniment, and to reflect waveform data sampled at real time to a play as a desired tone. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 11 stores sampled voice signal data in an automatic accompaniment data area (bass drum data area or snare drum data area) when automatic accompaniment is in ON state, and stores the sampled voice signal data in a keyboard play data area of the RAM 13 when the automatic accompaniment is in OFF state.
