PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein when rainwater is generally utilized, the rain water is temporarily stored in a separate tank and pumped up, and therefore, to store all the rainwater, tanks must be installed near rain gutters, and even when the rainwater is stored in one tank, to transport the tank, the rainwater must be temporarily stored in any tank. SOLUTION: An inline pump is provided which is easily attached to the intermediate part of a drain pipe. A part of the drain pipe is cut off, and the pump is set to the cut portion of the drain pipe and a power supply is connected to the pump. When rainwater flows through the pump during the rainfall, the rainwater is detected by a sensor, and the pump is automatically started. A check valve is attached to an outlet to supply even a small amount of water. The refuse contained in the rainwater is removed by a net installed at the inlet of the pump.
