<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save an area of an electrical fuse circuit and configure a circuit for preventing an electrical fuse from being cut incorrectly. <P>SOLUTION: In addition to one independent power supply switching circuit 300, there is a plurality of fuse bit cells 200 comprising a fuse element 201 whose one end is connected to an output of the power supply switching circuit and a first MOS transistor 202 connected to the other end of the fuse element. Furthermore, a diode 400 is connected between a ground potential and an output VGB of power supply switching circuit as a countermeasure against ESD. A gate oxide film of transistor constituting the fuse bit cells 200 has the same thickness as that of a gate oxide film of low-voltage logic transistor, not that of a high-voltage I/O transistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
