<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation and administration device for a wireless communication system that stores the long-time information acquired by a wireless terminal device without configuring an environment exclusively for investigation at a location where a phenomenon happens. <P>SOLUTION: In a wireless communication system composed of a line control device 1, a plurality of wireless base stations 4a, 4b, an operation and administration device 2 for setting a system operating condition, and a plurality of wireless terminals 3a, 3b, the operation and administration device 2, periodically acquires and stores operation and failure information from an A-wireless terminal 3a through the line control device 1 and an A-wireless base station 4a.
