PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a bell mouth for an air blower, capable of reducing product cost by reducing a material loss and reducing an operator's burden by automating a manufacturing operation as much as possible. SOLUTION: A belt-like shape-forming material is continuously shape-formed with a roll former, which is curved circularly with a curving machine and cut by a predetermined length with a cutting machine. Then, fixed holes are opened in the cut shape-forming material with a hole opener and both free ends of the shape-forming material are caulked and joined by using the fixed holes opened.
