PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service evaluation device for supporting the improvement of an operation related to an IT service.

SOLUTION: A service evaluation device 150 for managing the IT service configured of an IT system and an operation includes: a first extraction part A120 configured to extract a first relational model associating an evaluation index set for evaluating an IT service with measurement information directly measured about the IT service; a second extraction part B130 configured to extract a second relational model associating the role of a person in charge of an operation with measurement information; and a third extraction part C140 configured to extract a third relational model associating an evaluation index via the measurement information with a role by referring to both relational models.
