PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyester resin composition excellent in fluidity, mechanical properties, appearance, and dimensional stability before and after heat treatment and to provide a molding comprising the same. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polyester resin composition comprises (A) a polybutylene terephthalate resin, (B) a polyethylene terephthalate resin, (C) a polyfunctional compound having three or more functional groups, and (D) a polyester-based resin composition containing an inorganic reinforcing material. When the total of (A) and (B) is 100 wt.%, (A) is contained in an amount of 10-90 wt.%, and (B) is contained in an amount of 90-10 wt.%, and (C) a 0.01-5 pts.wt. and (D) a 1-150 pts.wt. are contained based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of (A)+(B).
