PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more reliable mounted piezoelectric oscillator which is free of a short circuit between unconnected wiring patterns formed nearby a bottom surface of a base while made adaptive to a smaller size and a lower height. SOLUTION: The mounted piezoelectric oscillator includes a piezoelectric vibration plate and an integrated circuit element and also includes the insulating base 1 containing them and a cover for airtight sealing. An insulating base 10c and first wiring patterns 12a to 12f are formed on the bottom surface of a storage portion 10 of the base 1, and second wiring patterns 13a and 13b are formed on a top portion of the holding base; and no-electrode portions 131a and 131b are formed in an end area of the top portion of the holding base where at least unconnected first wiring patterns cross the second wiring patterns, and a second wiring pattern is formed in the other end area of the top portion of the holding base intersecting a side surface portion of the holding base on the side of an integrated circuit element.
