The nozzles are arranged to be held between the two heating bodies (the circumference heating body, the internal heating body) and the shortest distance to the circumferential wall of the two heating bodies is "a". The distance between adjoining nozzles is "b" (=2a). The flows of material and carrier gas supplied from the nozzle neither interfere with each other nor with the wall of the heating body and thereby the yield is increased.</p>
