<p>This device claims to improve the reduction of a fracture between the epiphyseal head and the diaphysis of a long bone, limiting the detachment of biological tissue in the vicinity, and thus comprises: - an elongated plate which comprises, on either side of the fracture covered by the plate, an epiphyseal portion which can be fixed in a rigid manner to the head and a diaphyseal portion which can be fixed to the diaphysis both in a rigid manner and so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the plate, - a jacking rod for pushing against the head, which jacking rod penetrates the plate and thus extends lengthwise from the plate until it reaches a hard portion of the head, in such a way that the jacking rod pushes the head towards a first way, - mechanical guide means for reversibly guiding the jacking rod relative to the plate and in the longitudinal direction of said rod, and - pulling means for pulling the head, which pulling means pull the head towards a way opposite to the first way, in a direction largely parallel to the longitudinal direction of the jacking rod.</p> |
